Eligibility

    Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy course —A pass in any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics; 

    (1) Intermediate examination in Science; 

    (2) The first year of the three year degree course in Science, 

    (3) 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science; 

    (4) Pre–degree examination; 

    (5) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination.

    Email completely filled application form along with scanned copies of documents. The documents will be reviewed by the admission section of the institution for eligibility of the candidate for the applied programme.

    • Original Marksheets of B.Pharm of all four years and Industrial Training Certificate (In case of admission to M.Pharm and Pharm D Post Baccalaureate) 
    • Xerox copy of State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate (In case of admission to M.Pharm and Pharm D Post Baccalaureate) 
    • Xerox copy of aadhar card of parents and candidates
