Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is an under graduate diploma programme in the medicinal field of Pharmacy which enables a candidate to know the basic concepts of pharmaceutical science. Eligibility
- A pass in any of the following Examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics:
- i) Intermediate examination in science;
- ii) the first year of three year degree course in science;
- iii) 10+2 examination (academic stream) in science;
- iv) pre-degree examination; or
- v) any other qualifications approved by PCI as equivalent to any of the above examinations.

- D. Pharma course will be done according to rank as per the merit list.
- SSLC Book and mark sheet or 10th Standard mark list and certificate

- Conduct certificate
- Community certificate (if applicable)
- Medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner
- Entrance rank certificate and entrance marks card (if applicable)

- NRI status certificate
- Six numbers of passport size colour photographs with white back ground
- CD of the soft copy of Photograph affixed in application form.
- Copy of fee receipt paid for the admission.
When the application is accepted by the college, the candidates should remit the Prescribed fees to the college and the admission will be confirmed after verification of the originals of the following documents.
