Overview

Optometry is a primary health care profession concerned with vision care. Optometrist examines patient's eyes, tests their sight, gives advice on visual problems and prescribe and fit spectacles or contact lenses when needed. They are well trained in examination, diagnosis, treatment management of visual efficiency and eye health.

Optometrist is utilized for the implementation of national programs of visual impairment and control of blindness and also works in hospitals (Govt./Pvt.) Private practice, optical shop, to open factory of frame, Lenses, ophthalmic materials and are able to start eye clinic.

Eligibility

• Application should have done 10+2 PCB/PCM.
• Age limit require 17 Year Minimum and Maximum 35 Year.
