Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT)

• Candidate must have passed 10+2 + Biology or its equivalent examination recognized by Govt. policy with science stream with minimum 45% marks.
• Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 1″ Oct. of the year of admission. (But not complete 28 years in case of female and 25 Years in case of male & 3 Years relaxation for SC/ST student).

A candidate should submit the application form with attested copies of the following original certificates.

• Secondary examination (10th) mark sheet and certificate including date of birth.
• Senior Secondary examination (10+2) or equivalent examination mark sheet and certificate.
• Cast Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC.
• Bonafied Certificate.
• Transfer Certificate of last attended school.
• Character Certificate of last attended school.
• 5 passport size photographs of candidate and 2 photographs of candidate’s Guardia
