Diploma in Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology (DOTAT)

Candidates who have passed the Plus Two / Higher Secondary / Pre degree Examination from Kerala with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as Optional subjects or any other examination recognized by the Universities in Kerala as equivalent there to are eligible for admission, to DRT and DOTAT courses provided that they have secured an aggregate of 40% marks in Optional subjects. Relaxation of marks will be allowed to candidates of SC/ ST communities.

Aim of the course is to train people in the use of modern Electronic and Electric equipments used in Operation theatres, Critical Care Units etc., including life saving equipments.
