Purpose:

• Medical transcription ensures that medical records are well-documented and easily accessible.
• It also helps to speed up record keeping and reduce the need for physical note-taking.

Responsibilities :

• Listen to audio recordings from physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Accurately type the recordings into a digital format
• Edit the transcribed documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and formatting
• Return documents for review and approval
