The Diploma in Medical Records Technology at AIMSRC equips students with the skills to manage and organize patient medical records efficiently within a hospital setting. As part of a 600+ bed teaching hospital, students get exposure to real-time medical documentation, digital record systems, and hospital information management processes. The program covers medical terminology, ICD coding, statistics, record filing systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and healthcare data privacy protocols. Under the guidance of experienced administrators and record officers, students learn both manual and digital record-keeping methods. AIMSRC’s modern infrastructure and active clinical departments enable students to gain practical experience, helping them build strong administrative and technical competencies required in healthcare management roles.
