About Course

The Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) is a 2-year diploma program followed by 6 months of compulsory post-examination practical training. The course provides theoretical and practical training in medical laboratory sciences, including Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Immunology, Cytotechnology, Phlebotomy, Serology, Parasitology and Blood Banking. It prepares students to perform laboratory investigations involving blood, body fluids, tissues and microorganisms, along with sample collection, testing, analysis and reporting in clinical laboratory settings.
