Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

Overview

The DMLT program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for effective laboratory diagnostics. The curriculum covers subjects such as Clinical Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Hematology, and Immunology. Through theoretical instruction and practical training, students are prepared to work in hospitals, diagnostic labs, and research facilities, playing a crucial role in patient care by providing accurate laboratory results.

 

Eligibility

• Minimum age: 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year.
• Completion of 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
• Some institutions may require a minimum aggregate percentage (e.g., 45%-50%).
