Applicant must have passed 12th with Biology, minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) is a 2-year diploma course pursued after the successful completion of the 10+2 level of education. This medical course involves advanced professional learning in: - Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of diseases in patients through clinical laboratory tests.

Medical laboratory personnel work in a dynamic and evolving environment and use a variety of complex instrumentation to produce medical data in a rapid, accurate and precise fashion. Hospitals and private clinical laboratories are primary work environments for medical laboratory technologist. Other opportunities exist in public health laboratories, research, and educational settings.
