Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission must have passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent pre-university/ pre-degree/ intermediate) examination, from any recognized Board or University in India, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (mandatory) combination of subjects.

About Course

The programme includes theory lectures and practical training both in a class situation and in the hospital laboratory. Areas of exposure are Hematology, Immunohaematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Histopathology, Cytology etc. English classes are taken during the first few months and Tamil classes for those students who come from other language areas. The examinations are conducted by the examiners appointed by the Laboratory Training Committee of the Christian Medical Association of India. Students will attend six months internship.
