Overview

A critical care technician are trained to respond quickly with patients who suffer heart attacks, falls, childbirth, gunshot wounds, assaults, and automobile accidents. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Support the administrative and clinical operations of the practice. Intensive care unit technicians are health care scientists who ensure the safe and effective use of technological systems used in the care of critically ill patients. An intensive care unit (ICU), also known as an intensive therapy unit or intensive treatment unit (ITU) or critical care unit (CCU), is a special department of a hospital or health care facility that provides intensive treatment medicine.
