Diploma in Dialysis Technology (DDT)

• The candidates who have completed pre-university (12th) examination with science subjects PCB, PCMB, CBZ as the major subjects will be admitted to 2nd year diploma course.
• The candidates who have completed SSLC or equivalent examination will be admitted to 1st year diploma course.
• Minimum age of 15 years as on 31st December prior to the year of admission.

The course duration will be 2 years for the 12th pass students and 3 years for the 10th pass students.

This is a highly specialized field in taking care of patients who have compromised kidney function. This professionals are not only trained to operate sophisticated machines which act as kidneys in removing waste and excess fluids from body but also in maintaining, repairing of these machines. They are also trained in patient education, counselling of patient and relatives about dietary habits, adherence to prescribed dialysis.
