Diploma in Dialysis Technology (DDT)

Applicant should have done 12th std. with any of the stream.

The course trains students to become skilled dialysis technicians, capable of handling hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis on both Fresenius and 8 Braun dialysis machines. The course also includes training on the preparation of dialysis fluids, as well as the washing and storage of dialyzers for reuse. Our training includes running safety checks for the machine settings, particularly the pressures,

conductivity, and temperature.

>> General Pharmacology, Renal Anatomy, Physiology & Renal Nutrition.

>> Common Kidney Disorders, Diagnosis of Kidney Disease.

>> Management of Kidney Disease.

>> Predialysis Preparation and Assessment.

>> Peritoneal Dialysis & Hemodialysis.

>> Vascular Access.

>> Heparin Therapy.

>> Complications Arising from Hemodialysis.

>> Hemodialysis Prescriptions.

>> Water Treatment Methods
