Overview

The two-year Diploma in Dialysis Technician Program at Era University has been designed to prepare well-informed professionally qualified dialysis technicians who can effectively function in hospitals, paramedical teaching institutions, dialysis centers and hospitals.The curriculum enables students to learn the skills required for renal dialysis & haemo dialysis. It also teaches students how to apply principles of safe practice in dialysis therapy and the requisite skills in the maintenance of dialysis equipment.The first year curriculum covers general anatomy, physiology, general pathology, pharmacology & microbiology. Further basics of dialysis techniques, hand hygiene & prevention of cross infection and basic life support & cardio-pulmonary resuscitation is also taught. Eligibility

Candidate should have passed 10+2 pass out with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Math with a minimum score of 50%.
