- The Diploma in Dialysis by Enpidia (NephroPlus) is a two-year intensive program designed to train healthcare professionals in the care and management of patients undergoing hemodialysis. The program starts with three months of theoretical instruction, after which students undergo 21 months of clinical training in dialysis centres. It covers anatomy, physiology, dialysis procedures, water treatment systems, vascular access care, infection control, and emergency response. Students graduate with practical skills and job readiness, often getting absorbed into NephroPlus centres across India or placed in hospitals and dialysis units.
