Diploma in Community Medical Service & Essential Drugs (CMS&ED)

Overview

This diploma equips candidates with knowledge in anatomy, physiology, pathology, preventive & social medicine, medical practice, health & hygiene, and medical jurisprudence via mailed study modules. Upon completing the course, holders can practice primary allopathic care in rural areas using WHO-approved medicines, following a Supreme Court decision. 

Eligibility

Passed at least 10th grade or higher.

Open to those with existing healthcare qualifications (RMP, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, etc.) across AYUSH, nursing, pharma, paramedical, and dental fields.
