Overview

Era University's Cardiology Technician Diploma Program prepares you to work in a hospital / clinical setting and teaches you how to conduct a wide variety of diagnostic procedures including ECG, Stress Tests, Holter Monitoring, etc. Students acquire basic skills necessary to monitor patients for any type of cardiac problems within a healthcare setting and also learn about invasive procedures that are performed on the heart. The role of the cardiology technician is to assist the physicians or surgeons in performing invasive and non-invasive cardiology procedures and tests working closely with doctors and other medical staff.
