Overview
The DCVT course conducted in the College of Paramedical Sciences is approved by Paramedical council, Govt. of Kerala. The lecturer classes and practical training is given by the team of 5 Interventional Cardiologists and Technicians in the Department of Interventional Cardiology. The Hospital posses Flat Panel Cath Lab, 4 D Echocardiography, TMT and Holter Monitors in the Department. The DCVT course aims in providing education and training for students in Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, Echocardiography, TMT, Holter Monitoring etc. On completion of the course the candidate will be able to work as Technicians in Cath Lab, Echocardiography, TMT etc.

Eligibility
- Candidates who have passed the Plus Two / Higher Secondary / Pre Degree examination from the Universities in Kerala with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as optional subjects or any other examination recognized by the Universities of Kerala as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission provided they have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in Optional subjects.
- Only Indian Citizens of Kerala origin shall be eligible for admission to the DCVT course.
- Applicants shall have completed 17 years of age and upper age limit is 30 years.

- Mark list of the qualifying examination in original
- Original certificates of the copies of which are enclosed with the application form
- A recent conduct certificate, obtained within 6 months
