Colony Nursing Home, Pune

Dwarika Sangamnerkar Medical Foundation is a Public Charitable Institution devoted to the welfare of Women and Children’s heath. The Institution was established and registered under the Maharashtra State Societies act in Aug.1979. The activities of the Institution were however started much earlier. The hospital, COLONY NURSING HOME, was started on 4th June 1967 in a rented place, with a capacity for about 10 patients. This was more or less an individual effort on a small scale. Fortunately the response was very good and the activities started increasing every year.
