College of Nursing, Cuttack

To meet the acute shortage of nursing graduates in the state of Orissa, who can deliver effective and efficient nursing care, both in hospital and rural areas; the first private Nursing college has been founded by the Nayak Educational Trust in 2004 It has introduced a four years degree course leading to B.Sc. Nursing under the self-financing scheme since 2004-2005. The course aims at preparing students to pursue professional career in Teaching, Community Nursing, specialized Hospital Nursing and Research at State, National and International levels.
