CliniLaunch Research Institute was founded in 2019 with the goal of helping learners build meaningful careers in clinical research. What began as a small reference batch of just six students soon became a turning point, with the first batch successfully placed in top companies—serving as early validation of the institute’s training model. The second batch grew to 16 referrals, followed by 36 students in the next cohort, with growth driven primarily through word-of-mouth and consistent placement outcomes. With each batch trained and placed, the institute’s impact extended beyond placements, contributing to career development and supporting India’s growing role in the global healthcare ecosystem.
