The Neuropsychology Fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a full-time, two-year postdoctoral fellowship focused exclusively on adult clinical neuropsychology. The program combines primarily clinical and didactic training with a smaller component of clinical research. Fellows assess patients with neurological and medical conditions including neurosurgical cases, movement disorders, epilepsy, dementia, multiple sclerosis, concussion, and stroke. Training includes neuropsychological assessment, case conferences, neuroanatomy, board-certification preparation, multidisciplinary conferences, clinical supervision, and report writing, with the program following Houston Conference Guidelines and supporting progression toward ABPP/ABCN board certification.
