• Candidate who are 10th/12th Pass/Fail can apply for this course.
• Maximum age limit of this course is 45 years.

Documents required at the time of admission:

• Passport-size photos with an apron.
• Original and Photocopy L.C./T.C./Migration Certificate.
• 10th and 12th Marksheets. (Photocopy & Original).
• A photocopy of the Aadhar card.
• The student is required to submit a photocopy of their hospital training certificate to the institute.
• Exam fees must be paid separately by students.
• Mandatory training program at hospital for 6 to 8 months.
