Medical scribing is a role in healthcare where a professional documents patient encounters in real time. Medical scribes are trained in health information management and use electronic health records (EHRs) to improve the efficiency of patient care. 

Responsibilities :

• Document patient encounters: Record patient history, examination findings, and treatment plans in the EHR 
• Update EHRs: Ensure patient data is entered accurately and on time 
• Assist with clerical tasks: Complete forms, perform basic research, and update contact information 
• Review medical documents: Check for errors, typos, and inconsistencies 
• Communicate with healthcare providers: Relay information between physicians and other healthcare team members

• Multitasking: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing workloads

Applicant must have passed 12th std. with good communication skills in English.
