- Duly filled application form along with the below listed documents is to be submitted.
- Two sets of attested Xerox copies of mark sheets of the recent education completed With Original.
- Two sets of attested Xerox copies of school leaving certificate/passing certificate (S.S.C/ H.S.C / GRADUATION) Regular KYC, Bank Details of Student 5 Passport size Photographs.
- Working personnel are requested to prepare their Employment certificate coming through their Firm/Organisation/ Institution etc.
- A Demand Draft of part payment/admission fee in favour of "VARADVINAYAK FOUNDATION", payable at PUNE (Maharashtra) must be submitted along with the admission form.
- For IMPS / RTGS / NEFT / ONLINE PAYMENT OF FEE, KINDLY SHARE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, NO FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PART PAYMENT/ADMISSION FEE.
