- This course in medical assistance is formally designed to train and provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic and diet life style health care services for medical specialties under leadership of eminent medical practitioners. Working as members of a health care team, they will learn how to take medical histories, initial examination of the patients and assist the doctors for diagnosis and treatment assistance. They will be able to handle minor injuries by suturing and splinting. This is a very patient-focused role dealing with strong interpersonal skills. It will also train the candidate for palliative and geriatric care. Students will attend Six months of internship.
