Only Female applicants are invited for 6 weeks training programme for doctors, nurses and other health care professionals for the prevention and control of healthcare associated infections. This course is conducted by Tata Memorial Centre and affiliated to SNDT University, Department of Adult Education and Extension Works and the Hospital Infection Society Mumbai-forum. The scope of hospital infection control has clearly moved beyond those practices that are confined by the hospital walls. Infectious diseases are the scourge of mankind and infection control is in global demand. This highlights the need for evidence based training for healthcare professionals involved with the management of infectious diseases. During this programme, the participants will develop an in-depth knowledge and skill in infection control and will be able to implement these skills in a wide range of health care settings. The faculty includes healthcare professionals from India and overseas. This programme is tailor made for the implementation of infection control practices in a developing country.

The Candidate who have done M.B.B.S., Diploma in General Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing, Paramedical branches. (Science graduates working in a hospital based Laboratory CSSD).

The candidate will be responsible if the application is not committed online and submitted to H.R.D. Department.
