Certificate Course in Healthcare Quality Management (CCHQM)

This course will enable participants to deliver quality work with speed and accuracy. To enable working participants to take advantage, the course will be conducted on Sunday mornings for four hours only. The course will have syllabus including class room teaching by experienced N.A.B.H. auditors plus practical training in various departments of accredited hospitals. Thus, training on job will be provided to each & every participant; followed by participants’ presentation in class which will be evaluated & marks will be given. Important, interesting and challenging Case Studies will be discussed in class. At the end of course, examination with MCQ test will be held. Qualifying participants having scored 50% marks in each examination will be awarded Certificate by SHA.

Eligibility criteria:-

• Bachelor degree in any faculty from any Statutory University
• Diploma in Pharmacy or Diploma awarded by the Board of Technical
  Education of State/Central Government with one year work experience.
• GNM with one year hospital work experience
• Participant should have basic knowledge of hospital /healthcare managementby work &/or by Diploma or Degree in Healthcare or Hospital Management.
