Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital (CNMC), Kolkata

Calcutta National Medical College is the new name of the Calcutta National Medical Institute (Estd 1948) which was established by the amalgamation of National medical institute (Estd 1921) and Calcutta medical institute (Estd 1907). Now the College and hospital is under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of West Bengal since 1967. It is offering MBBS, MD, MS, DM, MCh courses, recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC), New Delhi. The courses are affiliated with West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS).
