Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Health Sciences and is duly permitted by Central Council of Homoeopathy, to conduct regular under - graduate course in Homoeopathy viz. Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery [B.H.M.S.] and it is recognized by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Deptt. of "AYUSH" and Govt of west Bengal, Deptt. of Health & Family Welfare Ayush Branch. Permitted by Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi and affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences.

Facilities:

Library: There is one central Library & Departmental library is each department. There is book bank in central library.

Sports: There are indoor Games, Caram, Table Tennis ( under process) Outdoor Games: Football, Cricket, Volley Ball, Badminton, Kabadi etc. Every year there is inter classes tournaments of Foootball, Cricket, Volley Ball, Badminton, Caram etc.
