Body Imaging and Intervention Fellowship

1. MD/DO or equivalent medical degree from an accredited medical school.
2. Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency is expected before starting the fellowship.
3. Applicants must meet Cedars-Sinai Graduate Medical Education (GME) eligibility requirements.
4. International medical graduates (IMGs) must meet applicable ECFMG certification and U.S. licensing requirements.
5. Applicants should have appropriate training and clinical experience in body imaging, including CT, MRI and ultrasound.
6. Additional program-specific credentialing and California medical licensing requirements must be satisfied before appointment.

The Body Imaging and Intervention Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai provides advanced subspecialty training in body imaging and image-guided interventions, with emphasis on CT, MRI, ultrasound and related abdominal and pelvic imaging. Fellows develop expertise in interpreting complex body-imaging studies, procedural imaging and multidisciplinary patient care, while also participating in conferences, teaching and research activities. Cedars-Sinai lists this fellowship as one of its dedicated Diagnostic Radiology imaging fellowships.

1. Complete an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
2. Prepare the fellowship application, including CV, personal statement, academic records and letters of recommendation.
3. Submit the application through the application method specified by Cedars-Sinai for the fellowship.
4. The fellowship faculty/program reviews applications and selects candidates for interview.
5. Attend the program interview, if selected.
6. Complete California licensure, credentialing and Cedars-Sinai GME onboarding requirements.
7. Receive the final fellowship appointment and begin the Body Imaging and Intervention Fellowship.
