Bharatratna Atalbihari Vajpayee Medical College Pune(BAVMC) is the first medical college of Pune Municipal Corporation
(PMC) through a joint initiative of PMC and PMC-MET (Medical Education trust). BAVMC has been granted the Letter of Permission (LOP) by National Medical Commission (NMC) of India vide letter number NMC/UG/2020/000032/012495 for intake capacity of 100 students. It is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Medical Sciences (MUHS), Nashik.
