The College is run by Bahuleyan Charitable Foundation (BCF) a not-for- Profit Company established by Dr.Kumar Bahuleyan in 1993. The main objective of the Foundation, apart from running the Hospital and the Community Health Centre, is to establish and run educational institutions in medical, nursing and paramedical sectors, especially with a view to support women’s education and empowerment.
