BBDNIIT Faculty of Pharmacy, Lucknow

The Faculty of Pharmacy started in the year 2001 with B.Pharm. Programme having an intake of 60 students. The Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow selected the institute as the lone study center for M.Pharm (Pharm. Chem.) in the year 2004, which was approved by the AICTE in 2007.The intake in B. Pharm. programme was increased to 90 students in 2007. B.Pharm course is duly approved by AICTE and PCI, and was accredited by NBA for 5 years from the year 2007. Further, M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutics) was approved by the AICTE in 2011. The D.Pharm was introduced in 2018, which is duly approved by AICTE, PCI and BTE. The Faculty of Pharmacy is known for the quality of education and research, discipline and high moral values and ethics, all with a personal touch.

Facility:

Library: Rich & well-stocked Central & School Libraries with more than 2,00,000 Books, Periodicals and Journals in print as well as in electronic form with online subscription of IEEE, INDEST, Science Direct, Bentham etc.

Gymnasium: The institute focuses on the health of its students as well and thus has a well-equipped gym within the campus. Both, boys and girls has a defined time to access the gym as per their comfort and availability.

Sports Facilities: Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta sports stadium in the campus has a capacity to accommodate more than 20,000 spectators. The stadium is extensively used for outdoor games like Cricket, Football & Hockey and Athletics.

Hostels: Hostel facility for 2000+ Boys and 1000+ Girls respectively is available in the Campus. Each Hostel has a Recreation Room with TV & Indoor Games facility.

Banking Facility: The campus has a full-fledged branch of Punjab National Bank with 24X7 ATM facility. The bank offers zero balance savings bank accounts and educational loan facility to the students.

Mall & Cafeteria: The Student’s Mall is a beautiful double storied, sloped roof building, surrounded by lush green lawns housing Food Court, Stationery & Book Shop, Salon, Dispensary and Branded Outfit.
