• Class 10th Admit Card / Birth Certificate
• Class 10th Mark sheet and Certificate
• Class 12th Mark sheet and Certificate
• An Undertaking from the candidate (as per Performa: Annexure-I)
• Aadhar Card
• Pan Card
• Migration or School Leaving Certificate (Last Institute or Board or University)
• Candidate must carry mobile phone with the mobile number registered during making application to receive OTP at the final stage of admission confirmation.
• Domicile Certificate a1 / a2
• Cast Certificate (if any)
• Recent Passport Size Colour Photo (6 Copy)
