Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS)

A candidate seeking admission to main Kamil-E-Tib-Wa- Jarahat (Bachlor's of Unani Medicine and Surgery -B.U.M.S.) course must have passed intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination with fifty percent aggregate marks in the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and also English. The candidate should have 10th Standard Urdu or Arbic or Persian language as a subject or clear the test of Urdu in the entrance examination conducted by the university or Board or Registered Society authorised by government to conduct such examination.

Main course of 4 years 6 months shall be divided in four professional examinations. Internship will be compulsory for the students who passed B.U.M.S. final professional. They will do their rotatory Internship duty in the hospital for 12 months.

A candidate seeking admission into main Kamil-e-Tibb-Wa-Jarahat (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery) course must passed I.Sc or 12th Standard with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with Urdu as N.R.B. or its equivalent examination or passed the pre-tibb examination of one year duration.For BUMS main Course the Candidate should have also passed the qualifying examination with Urdu. The date of issuing application from is in mid of June and forms will be available up to end of July. The fulfilled application form must reach to the principal on before end of August. After screening of the application, intimation will be made to eligible candidates. If the candidates not getting any intimation they may contact the principal. Admission will be made on the basis of internal entrance test & personal interview to be conducted in the College by Examination Department on intimated date. The Candidates have to meet own travel expenses. The results will be published on the College notice board after 7 days of Entrance test.
