Eligibility
- Minimum and maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years (as on 31st December of admission year).
- The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of :
- Higher Secondary School certificate examination (12 years course)
- Senior School certificate examination (10+2), Pre Degree examination (10+2)
- An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university with Science(Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with Minimum of 50% aggregate marks (PCBE)
- Candidates shall be Medically Fit.

Admission Process:
- Attested copies of the educational qualification etc. with mark sheets
- Attested copies of all testimonials from the Head of the Educational School last attended.
- Three recent passport size photographs are needed and one photograph should be duly pasted on the application form. (Not stapled)
- A certificate in the form of an undertaking from parent/guardian promising to meet all financial obligations of the candidate during the training.
- An eligibility/equivalency certificate is needed, (if required)
- Medical Fitness Certificate. Doctor's team will be arranged by Haryana School of Nursing, Ellenabad.
- List of visitors with photographs of the visitors and specimen signatures.
