Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

• Age must be between 17 to 35 years as on the 31st December.
• Must pass ‘10+2’ examination (with Physics Chemistry Biology subjects) from any recognized Board.
• Minimum aggregate considering above subjects taken together for General and EWS: 45%.
• Minimum aggregate considering above subjects taken together for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC- B/PwD: 40%.
• Must pass in English in (10+2) examination.
• The candidate will not be admitted, if she is found medically unfit. the following Examination are to be done at IINR before admission (i) Physical Examination by a (Registered) medical practitioner , (ii) Chest x – ray PA view, (iii) Routine examination of Blood, urine and stool, (iv) Blood group & RH factor, (v) Eye testing.
• Candidates from vocational streams at any open school will not be accepted.
• Candidates must be able to read , write and express in Bengali and English.
• The candidates must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of West Bengal for at least 5 years uninterruptedly on the date of application.
• Only female Unmarried /Widow /Divorce can apply for the course.
• Course is fully residential.
