Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

• The Candidate must have Pass in PUC / 10+2 or any equivalent with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
• The minimum age shall be 17 years or a before 31st Dec of the year of admission.

The completed application form should be submitted along with photo copies of the following:

• 10th /SSLC marks certificate
• 10 + 2 / PUC marks certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Aadhar Card Copy
• Six recent passport size photographs and six stamp-sized photographs
