Overview
The B.Sc.(N) course is aimed at preparing the graduates to have independent decisions in nursing situations, protect the rights of and facilitate individuals and groups in pursuit of health, function in the hospital, community nursing services and research studies in the areas of nursing practice. They are also expected to assume the role of teacher, supervisor, manager in a clinical/public health settings.

- Candidates who have passed two years P.U.C. (10+2) examination of Karnataka P.U. Board or an equivalent examination of any other approved Board of universities with not less than 45% marks in any combination comprising Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- The Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
