Eligibility
- Educational Qualification should be PUC / 10+2 / or any equivalent passed, with science subjects, viz, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
- Obtained at least 45% (Forty-five percent) of the total marks in science subjects of the qualifying examination.
- Completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete this age on or before 31st September of the year of admission.

The following documents duly attested should by enclose with the application:-
- One Photostat copy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination (10+2).
- One Photostat copy of the SSLC certificate showing the date of birth.
- Two latest passport size photos. One affixed to the application form and one extra.
- One Photostat copy of SC, BC certificate duly certified if applicable.
- Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended and from a prominent person of your locality.
- Medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
