- The Candidate must have Pass 10+2 with 45% integrated marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English (PCBE) 5% relaxation for SC/ST.
- The age of the candidate should be 17 years or should complete 17 years before 31st December of the admission year. Candidate should be physically and mentally healthy.

- Conduct certificate from previous institution (character certificate)

- Migration certificate in original for candidates belong to out of Madhya Pradesh.
- Gap certificate (on Rs 20/- stamp paper three copies original).
- Cast certificate from eligible authority if belong to ST/ SC/OBC. All certificates should be signed by competent authority.
