Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

• Should have completed two years Pre-University examination are equivalent as recognised by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health science, with science subjects ,viz, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Student of Vocational courses : 10 + 2 vacation with course of state government, with cognate subject namely domestic nursing and physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects, vide Notification Number UA/ELY 1999- 2000 dated 11.08.2004 (subject to the eligibility certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences)
• Atleast 50% in Science subject of the qualifying examination. If belong to scheduled caste or a Scheduled tribe, a minimum of 40% in Science subject of the qualifying examination.
• Completed 7 years of age at the time of admission on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission:

• A copy of the statements of marks after qualifying examination (10 + 2)
• A copy of the 10th /equivalent Certificate Showing the date of birth.
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last studied.
• Student of other state should submit original Migration Certificate.
• 3 latest passport size and 2 stamp size photographs.
• A copy of duly attested SC/ST/BC certificate issued by government authority if applicable. Conduct / Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended and a prominent person of your locality
• Medical fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner with atleast MBBS degree.
