Eligibility
- The applicant should have passed (10+2) examination, with a minimum 45% in aggregate with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and pass in English Core/English Elective for General Candidates. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the marks obtained in the three core subjects shall be 40%. Candidates are also eligible from the State Open School recognized by the State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by the Central Government having Bio-Science subjects and English only. English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing).
- She should be citizen of India.
- She shall be a resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for at least ten years, preceding the date of making the application for admission.
- The residential certificate should be issued by a Gazetted officer/MLA/ZillaParishad/Sabhadhipati/Mayor of Municipal Corporation.
- Candidate should be medically fit.
