Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

• A pass in HSC (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botony/Zoology of aggregate of 40 % and English with a minimum aggregate of 40% or its equivalent thereto.
• Preference will be given for single male and female candidates are eligible with the age 17 completed before December of admission year.

Please ensure whether the photo-copies of the original Certificates have been enclosed with the application form duly filled in:

1. Mark sheet(s) of the qualifying examination (HSC/CBSE/ISE)
2. Mark sheet(s) for SSLC.
3. Birth certificate for age proof (If date of birth is not given in the HSC Mark sheet)
4. Transfer Certificate
5. Conduct certificate issued by the head of the institution last studied.
6. Community Certificate issued by Taluk office
