Eligibility
- Pass in Pre-Degree exam of Kerala University / Higher Secondary (10 +2) examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Kerala or equivalent examination approved by Kerala University of Health Sciences with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry Biology and English put together. (as per INC norms)
- Age limit – applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st of December of the admission year. No upper age limit.
- A good character and conduct certificate.
- A certificate to prove no physical or mental disabilities.

Admission Process:
The following originals documents will have to be submitted at the time of admission:
- The relevant page of SSLC book/equivalent board certificate as proof of age and date of birth.
- Certificate and mark list of qualifying examination (plus two/12th std.)
- Transfer Certificate
- Course & Conduct Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of Medical Fitness from an authorized Medical Officer with MBBS.
- A statement to show that the high school in which the student has studied has been accredited by the State/Country/University (if applicable).
- Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities (if applicable).
- Eligibility certificate from Kerala University of Health Sciences (if applicable).
- Conduct certificate from the Head of Institution last studied in proof of clause – XII – 5 of this prospectus.

- Passport size photographs with white background (8 nos.)
- Self attested copies of Photo ID Proof–3 nos. (Aadhar/Voters ID/ Passport)
