Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

1. Pass in Pre-Degree exam of Kerala University / Higher Secondary (10 +2) examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Kerala or equivalent examination approved by Kerala University of Health Sciences with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry Biology and English put together. (as per INC norms)
2. Age limit – applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st of December of the admission year. No upper age limit.
3. A good character and conduct certificate.
4. A certificate to prove no physical or mental disabilities.

The following originals documents will have to be submitted at the time of admission:

• The relevant page of SSLC book/equivalent board certificate as proof of age and date of birth.
• Certificate and mark list of qualifying examination (plus two/12th std.)
• Transfer Certificate
• Course & Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate of Medical Fitness from an authorized Medical Officer with MBBS.
• A statement to show that the high school in which the student has studied has been accredited by the State/Country/University (if applicable).
• Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities (if applicable).
• Eligibility certificate from Kerala University of Health Sciences (if applicable).
• Conduct certificate from the Head of Institution last studied in proof of clause – XII – 5 of this prospectus.

Other Documents

• Passport size photographs with white background (8 nos.)
• Self attested copies of Photo ID Proof–3 nos. (Aadhar/Voters ID/ Passport)
• Additionally, two sets of self attested photocopies of all the certificates i.e. SSLC, Plus Two, T.C. & Conduct Certificate
