Overview
- For disabled candidates 3% Disability reservation to be considered with a disability of locomotor to the tune of 40% to 50% of the lower extremity and other eligibility criteria with regard to age and qualification will be same as prescribed for each nursing programme.
- Note : A committee to be formed consisting of medical officer authorized by medical bound of state government and a nursing expert in the panel which may decide whether the candidates have the disability of locomotor to the tune of 40% to 50%.
- 5% of total marks is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
- Reservation SC/ST/OBC or any other shall be as per the State Govt. rules.
- Note : Reservation shall be applicable within the sanctioned number of the seats by ISC and not above it.

Eligibility
- Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years of 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- A candidate should have passed in the subjects of PCB and English individually and must have obtained in minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2).
- Candidate are also eligible from State open school recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government having Science subjects and English only.
- A Candidate belonging to SC/ST on other backward class, the marks obtained in PC is taken together on qualifying examination be 40% instead of 45% as stated above.
- English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc. (N).
- Candidate shall be medically fit.
- Candidate shall be admitted once in a year.

Admission Process:
- Acknowledgment Card affixing five rupees stamp.
- Self addressed envelope (24cm x 18cm) with postal stamp.
- Attests copies of following certificates: Original Certificates are to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Secondary school Certificate / Mark Sheet & admit card mentioning date of birth.
- (10+2) Certificate and Mark Sheet.
- Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner holding a degree not below M.B.B.S.
- Three recent passport size photograph attested by Principal of School last attended /Gazetted Officer. One photograph to be pasted on the Application form and six extra photographs for office work.
- Migration Certificates.
- Domicile of Uttar Pradesh for ANM candidates.
Selection of the candidates should be based on the merit of the entrance examination held by University or competent authority. The application should be sent only the prescribed forms supplied along with the Prospectus. This can be had on sending a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- payable in favor of "Lord Buddha Healthcare Foundation". The application form should be duly filled in by the applicant in his / her own handwriting and forwarded to the Principal, Sumitra Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.).
