Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)

Overview

• The college prepares the students of B.Sc., (Nsg) which is affiliated to the Gujarat University and Gujarat Nursing Council to develop an aptitude for nursing and to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to give comprehensive nursing care to patients in all types of illness with following objectives of study.
• This Program is designed to provide a balance of professional and general education and to enable a student become professional nurse practitioner who is self – directing and responsible citizen. Graduates of the programme are prepared for beginning level positions in community and institutional nursing service; and have the foundation for continuing professional development and for post-graduate study in nursing.

Eligibility

Applicant should have passed 10+2 with 45% marks in Science subject of Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Zoology. If belonging to scheduled caste or scheduled tribe, should have obtained not less than 40% of the total marks in science subjects and completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete this age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
